In July 2011 Di Là dal Fiume will open a new hosting facility.

The Residences are the result of a recent and careful restoration process that mantained the typical architectural features of the grange next to the Farmhouse.

Di Là dal Fiume relais is a unique place where you can discover the best hospitality in beautiful studio apartments, two-rooms and three-rooms apartments.

The studio consists of living area, kitchen, double bed, private outdoor space with table, chairs, sunbeds and private parking.

The two-rooms apartment consists of living area sofa-double bed, kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and a terrace or a private outdoor area with table, chairs, sunbeds and private parking.

The three-rooms apartment consists of living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace or a private outdoor area with table, chairs, sunbeds and private parking..

All apartments are equipped with pots and crockery for 6 people (three-rooms apartment), 5 people (two-rooms apartment), 3 people (studio apartment); kitchenette with microwave oven and fridge; bedlinen and towels, Sat TV, air conditioning. Three-bedrooms and two-bedrooms apartments are equipped also with dishwasher. In the Residences area you will also find a laundry area with washing machines.

Residences Prices

Prices include: air conditioning, swimming pool, final cleaning, electricity, water and gas. Residences' minimum stay: 5 nights.

Our Farmhouse does not provide a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Otherwise, in the Residences area, you will find a bar serving snacks, beverages, coffee and ice-cream.

Nearby you will easily find a supermarket, trattorias and pizzerias.

Pets Pets are allowed with 15€ surcharge per day and their presence must be notified upon booking. In respect of our guests please keep your pets on a leash in all common areas and in the garden of Di Là dal Fiume.
